The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer)
TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, developed by US Youth Soccer and offered by KPSA. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-19, who has an intellectual or physical disability.
We launched our first program in the Spring of 2009. Since then we've grown our program season over season.

John Rainone, TOPSoccer Director
John Rainone has been on the King Philip Soccer Board of Directors for over 10 years and served as Treasurer for 4 years. John was also able to coach both of his daughters in King Philip and Plainville Youth Soccer programs.
He has been involved with the TOPSoccer program since 2009. With John's involvement over the years, the program has continued to grow and improve. TOPSoccer has a strong core group of volunteers and players which allows them to continue to grow the program year after year. John and his fellow coaches' main focus is to ensure that each and every player within the program is having fun and learning.
Each player takes a "penalty shot" at the end of each TOPS session.
Over a dozen other communities across Massachusetts offer TOPS as well. If your community doesn't currently offer a TOPS program, please feel free to register with us.
